Don and Michael met at Wharton and again crossed paths while both worked at a technology licensing group in the 1990’s so this partnership is a reunion of sorts.

Following business school, Don spent five years at McKinsey & Co. (Sr. Engagement Manager) then moved into senior management positions at GE (General Manager – GE Silicones) and AlliedSignal (Vice President – Automotive Sector). Don was also founding partner of Zon Capital Partners, an early-stage venture fund (SBIC).

Don also holds an MBA from Wharton in finance and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University. Don was a performance-driving instructor for the Porsche Club of America for decades and holds a formula car certificate from Skip Barber Academy.
